Team New Zealand

Well not much is new here in Denia with us. Last week saw plenty of rain here. Infact it rained every day for almost 2 weeks! I was beginning to think i could be in NZ. Very unlike Denia to rain so much. This weather world wide i think is a bit screwed up.
But its just the rain before the long hot dry spell here. Now its getting hot and will soon be a scorcher with endless months of sunshine and beach weather!! Nice.. I’ve also almost reached level 4 with my Spanish classes here. Its taken almost a year but at least it shows I’m getting somewhere. We are now starting to speak in past tense…Its a nightmare which is not going to be easy.
The Americas Cup has kicked of here too. Its just 1 hour away from me in Valencia. So I must go soon an see the NZ base. Even the local paper featured Team New Zealand,old Helen + Maori dancing crew. The Port of Valenica is nice, but I still think its suited to Auckland, as the city of sails.I hope NZ can get the cup back there.
I think we might be able to do it. One thing dislike is the name: Emirates Team New Zealand, I under stand they sponsor them. But so do others. The problem is many local people here think its the Emirates (UAE) team. They should have been named Team New Zealand Emirates?
