Visit to Guadalest

On Tuesday I was lucky enough to be invited along on a trip to with my Spanish Classmate Robin to the Village of Guadalest. Guadalest West of here and is some 2 hours drive inland from Denia. With amazing views of the country side in this area. We traveled threw a few typical spanish villages along the route. All feature an old church in the center of the village with the town built around it.
The road we took was up the mountains in the area, this of course gave us many good view points to stop at along the way. When you arrive to Guadalest it really strikes you as its basicly a castle, church and village bulit on top of a huge rock formation, next to a wonderful blue lake in the middle of the valley.
We spent a good 4 hours or so in Guadalest. As you can see from the photos its really something.
